New procedures
Comments on "Entry, exit procedures made easier" (China Daily, September
19, 2007)
I am quite pleased to see that the government has set up such measures to
deal with passengers' exit and entry. It is a good measure for the 2008
Olympics Games. The previous practice had inconvenienced many passengers.

Combating a disease
Comment on "Studies: TB can be treated in few months"
(China Daily web, September 19, 2007)
TB, a horrible disease, has brought much suffering to humans.
One of my classmates died from the disease. So I hope more and more
really effective drugs are produced to combat the disease.

Indian PM's visit
Comment on "Indian PM likely to visit China this year"
(China Daily, September 19, 2007)
An excellent opportunity to extend and strengthen cultural, education,
trade and environmental exchanges with a friendly neighbor.
Learn from and incorporate a neighbor's good values. Never underestimate
or look down upon a neighbor just by measuring economic achievements. The
hallmark action of an independent nation with excellent leadership is one
where a neighbor acknowledges one to be the leader of choice than by
force.

Greenspan statement
Comment on "Greenspan: China to determine world economic fate"
(China Daily web, September, 18)
Greenspan has given great encouragement to China. What he said means
China is in fact a "locomotive for the world's economy". He praised China
for creating "a huge change in the world's economy".
Chinese people cannot be self-satisfied with this praise, they must move
forward to further improve the living standards of the 1.3 billion people.
