1. Ni zhu zai na?
Where do you live?
2. ri ben zai shen me di fang?
Where is Japan?
3. ni ba ba mei tian zen me shang ban?
How does your father go to work?
4. ni xiang zuo shen me gong zuo?
What type of work do you want to do?
5. zhong guo da, hai shi tai guo da?
Is China big, or is Thailand big? (maybe the intended quesiton is to ask which one is bigger?)
6. qi zi xing che, zuo chu zu che, na yi xiang jiao tong gong ju zui kuai?
Of riding a bike, taking a taxi or using public transportaiton, which is the fastest? (I'm not
quite clear on "yi xiang jiao tong gong ju", but I know that "jiao tong" is traffic. If you could
provide the characters I'd be able to clear this up.)
7. xian zai ji dian le?
What time is it?
8. yi tian ou ji ge xiao shi?
I'm not sure what "ou" should be here--I'm assuming its you3, or have. If so, the question should
be "How many hours are in a day?"

I'm not quite clear on "yi xiang jiao tong gong ju"
This will be 哪一项交通工具⋯⋯, i.e. which mode/method of transportation⋯⋯, p.s. you
should probably let people do their own homework, or at least make an effort at it before giving
them the answers

3. ni ba ba mei tian zen me shang ban?
this should be:
How does your dad go to work everyday?
Everyday could be implied but this would be a clearer translation.
ni baba zen me shang ban?
this should be:
How does your dad go to work.

If one doesn't already know the vocab, I can imagine how difficult it is to look up the vocab in
toneless pinyin.
